Park Hill Neighborhood

The Park Hill neighborhood is known for it’s historic homes, sprawling yards, and eclectic communities of people. The neighborhood is largely made up pf families that settled in the area as far back as the 1900’s from Italy, Germany, Africa, Denmark and other areas of Norther Europe. It still remains a melting pot of cultures and is dubbed as ‘Denvers least understood neighborhood’. The historic brick homes and architecture make this neighborhood one of a kind; full of cafe’s, bakeries, hip restaurants, yoga studios and cultural events. What was once known as an area of strong redlining (dividing populations by income, usually targeting minorities) has come together united and continues to thrive.
